My order that included almost 30 cards barely arrived. It showed up in a shredded tiny white envelope. Surprised nothing was missing from it, at least USPS put it into a plastic sealed bag. While I appreciate the deals, please do better when shipping people’s orders. There is no excuse for this especially with what I paid for shipping.Hi Hustr , I really appreciate your feedback. I want to clarify that during that particular stream, shipping was covered differently, and my team used standard USPS envelopes to get everyone’s orders out quickly. That said, I understand your concern and completely agree that orders with multiple cards should always be packaged with better protection. Going forward, we’ll make sure bubble mailers are used for larger orders no matter what. Thank you for pointing this out and for giving me the chance to improve.
