What is especially concerning is that this buyer has left another negative review after she repeatedly said she is reporting me to the police and there would be “consequences” if I contacted her again. After that, I stopped the conversation. I stand behind my business and my many positive reviews from satisfied customers. This item was a free giveaway item. Your purchased item arrived in great condition. Your free item from a whole entire basket was scratched. I tried to make it right and offer a replacement, you said you understood in messages that it was a free item, yet i find you left me with a 1.8 star review and blocked me.
