I reached out and they said it was mailed. The next day it showed in USPS possession, still in Jacksonville. I feel I was misled on it being mailed vs just apologizing for the over site in shipping it. All of our packages are shipped on the same day, if you ever have anything missing just shoot over a message! Great seller, fun break!
