The seller is not accountable towards mistakes and isn’t a very helpful problem solver when her customer has an issue ….This review is unfortunately inaccurate and done out of spite. The buyer was not pleased that the shade of the top was more of a lighter magenta than she wanted and requested a refund from Whatnot. Whatnot agreed with me that the item was as described. She then the wrote this review after I denied her request for a refund off the app. I will always hold my store and myself to a higher standard and pride myself on my accountability and problem solving!
