Just a boy mom who loves to sew!After a family tragedy, I had no choice but to find ways to occupy my brain with creating things - it started with cardboard box monster truck Halloween costumes and eventually landed me pulling out the 10 year old wedding gift sewing machine that hadn’t been used besides the occasional (frequent) hole in the kids (and my husbands) pants 😆 With a background in construction and a need to be thinking and moving often, I started to teach myself how to make clothing and piece things together. I fell in love with vintage quilts that needed a second chance at life! Sewing has become something I find so much joy in and the thing I get to do that’s just for me 🙏🏼 🥰 It really is a labor of love remaking things new🫶🏼
