After it arrived, I inspected it in hand and found edge damage that significantly affected its condition and value. I went back and watched the recorded sale, and the edge issue was never mentioned or disclosed.
I reached out hoping we could work out a fair partial refund. Instead, I was told I was “being super petty” and that there was no damage. I tried to resolve this privately before leaving feedback, but my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. That response was more disappointing than the condition issue itself.
