Great transaction Packed well, shipped fast. I was a little disappointed to find my jadeite mug had a chip when during the auction I was told it had no chips or cracks. Additionally one of my frames was missing the glass, wasn’t mentioned in the auction but was in the description so partly on me for not seeing that but I do think it should have been disclosed in the auction. I also purchased a plate that was sellers choice, I requested one with no imperfections and received one with a crack. Disappointing for every item I purchased to have damage. I’m so sorry you were disappointed with your items. I would be happy to send you another plate. Please also refer to my show notes where I do disclose that I sell authentic vintage and antique items most items are well loved and some have imperfections. I try to disclose all this during my show however sometimes it’s a fast paced show and I do miss things. I will also gladly give you a coupon for future shows. Items are even better in person!
