Seller is so sweet but unfortunately my package was quite a mess. Received an empty box open without the perfume. I am. Received one completely broken perfume that looks like it was broken way before even shipped out because nothing was wet. Received one broken powder. Received one used product. Seller seems really sweet. I hate to do this, but unfortunately, the more expensive phonics in my package were completely damaged. Venti powder was completely broken, a perfume was completely empty, and this did not happen during shipment. The one that was actually shown in the video, seem to have had no issue. Some Moroccan oil I ordered, seemed open or used. There was product outside of the bottle. The Burberry perfume was missing, I did receive the box. However, it was completely opened inside the package, but no product inside.I’m so sorry I just went to rewatch and the Fenty was in perfect condition as well as the Hello Kitty perfume you can see in the video nothing is damaged and it’s full to the top. We package everything immediately following the live show and ship out the next day if it’s a late show and usps is open the next day. However once we ship out we don’t have any control over it and it seems like maybe your package was tampered with. I’m going to DM you. Highly recommend my favorite seller !! I loved everything that i got and it was in amazing condition :)
