Reviews (120)My Pokémon card arrived very quick speedy delivery however the card could have been packaged better did not come damaged but the card did come a little bent but can be straightened back out with a bit of pressure the card is for a binder collection so it’s not a major thing. Would help for future shipping if cards were shipped in a rigid or stronger packing material or envelope.
Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear that. I’ve been packing all cards the same since I started and have yet to hear of any issues. Any cards bought individually are placed in a sleeve, toploader and then put inside a plastic bag and wrapped up tightly. They’re then all sent in a padded envelope. If the card is showing permanent damage in any way as a result of the packaging, please do let me know. Holographic cards will also typically warp when outside of a toploader, which may have been the case when taking the card out.
