Condition said open box, which normally means it has been opened, but the item itself is generally unused, undamaged, and functions perfectly..this item had been used, had someone else’s name on Bluetooth and had ear wax inside the buds..did thorough cleaning.. Work great!, but was used and not clean process purchasing was great but the buds themselves I do not recommend. the batteries only last a few hours and I find myself trying to let one charge while I listen to the other one and switch every 2-3 hours 🥺. even my less expensive non brand name buds last my whole workday. The package was open on the bottom and it did not look brand new to me Amazing deal. Super fast shipping! Everything was in perfect, new condition!
