I’ve double checked the footage and that wasn’t us, sorry that happened though. Great transaction and great sellers. If you like cards shipped securely DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Cards were literally tossed into a paper mailer with zero protection. Half the one touches came apart and cards were spilled everywhere in the package. No way of verifying if the damage to the cards was done in transit or before. No idea how they all even made it because the metal retaining clip on the envelope ripped through the paper so the envelope was wide open when it arrived to me.
You guys are young... I get it. But for paying customers to receive this kind of obvious carelessness..... I would caution anybody against this seller.We apologize that that happened and we’d like to let you know that that wasn’t intentional we had shipped in that same kind of shipping before and tested the durability but had never experienced that problem before. We made a mistake in the show notes and said we’d ship in one touch in groundadvatange and all of our previous shows we didn’t do that.
