Reviews (132)I purchased two perfumes, and unfortunately one of them arrived completely shattered. Both glass bottles were packaged together in a mailer without any protective wrapping or cushioning between them, which likely contributed to the damage during shipping.
I reached out to the seller hoping we could find a resolution, but I was simply directed to contact USPS. While I understand that shipping accidents can happen, I was disappointed both by the inadequate packaging and by the way the situation was handled. I had hoped for better willingness to help resolve the issue. Fragrance smells amazing! Happy with purchase. Securely packaged I received my order. Great packaging and fast shipping.
