One of my all time favourite sellers on the app. Thank you 🥰 Lovely items as described and seen- many thanks x great buying with a mother and daughter duo who on screen explained the items, but truly disappointed and saddened at how these pre loved items are just shoved into bags and delivered. Poor awareness of how to properly fold clothes and put them in a parcel bag. my wool jacket has creases everywhere as a result and i am now trying to get the creases out. I have bought blazers with whatnot before and sellers don't just stuff the blazers into parcel bags for shipping. they properly fold things and find the right sized parcel bags to put the items into. In the same way the jumper is crumpled up after being stuffed into the parcel bag. truly poor attention to detail and sadly I won't be shopping g with this seller again. Really disappointing Wow! I am genuinely sorry this was your experience, we usually take care to fold each item. however advice to you from a seller to a buyer, you could of contacted us before leaving an awful review over folding!
