Messaged seller a few days after purchase on 4/24 to check when items would ship since the label was created but items hadn’t been dropped off at the post office, seller said they were out of town and didn’t have a box but they would be shipping the next day. Mind you, in the picture of the shipping label it’s stuck to a box. Told seller I was leaving town and needed to know when the order would arrive so I could arrange for someone to grab it at our gate. The order didn’t get dropped off till 4/30. I purchased items the same day from another seller I’m assuming is this sellers mom and those items were delivered before these even shipped. I understand things happen, but not shipping something for a week and a half because you “don’t have a box” is a little irritating. Glad I didn’t spend very much. thewesternoutfitterSeller
I’m sorry that you have a problem with your order. I’m 15 and I don’t even have a drivers license yet and we were on a trip and things were chaotic so next time you have a problem message the seller with your problems before leaving a bad review.
