Spent few hundred in her show and she lost me as a customer the way she treated situation and then comment she made next time I came into her live was when she lost me. Apparently, an $8 shirt was worth losing a weekly customer who constantly bought and engaged in chat. Had she just apologized for missing the flaws and threw a substitute shirt in next time I purchased would have been fine w me.
