I tried explaining it 3 times and she told me I was rude and to go through whatnot to get my money back so here I am! Do not buy from her! She doesn’t package things well! You blew up my phone with a ton of confusing messages, all to just say, I asked for clarification, all to just say you were missing one item. You got back to me hours later, I respond next day because I don’t sit on my messages all day… you proceeded to be rude, disrespectful and insult my character, in which I responded I don’t do business with rude people, so I cancelled your new orders and refunded you and blocked. Not all money is good money, your review doesn’t bother me 🩷 I gave her a 4 because she is good at her job, friendly and bubbly and really nice about her work. However she doesn’t return messages and she just leaves you hanging on question you ask in the DMs. I loved all my clothing but my one bag came completely opened with $40+ sweats taped together with the bag. I feel that’s pretty bad packaging with the seller especially had the tape just fallen a little off the sweats I’d of lost everything. Then I messaged her idk how many times to tell her I received a skirt instead of a lululemon top I purchased. She responded with a message and then I responded back saying haha no sorry because she was confused by my message. Also I never received an entire order that never showed tracking from the carrier. I let her know that as well and never got a response! 🤷🏼♀️ sooooo this was my experience with her! 😵💫 The dress I got is so cute! Received one correct item and one incorrect item. Reported it to seller who never responded. What Not had to step in and gave me my money back for the incorrect item. thriftingwithautumnSeller
