I won what was advertised as a 2026 Pokémon Day Box. The giveaway video and the giveaway description both clearly stated that the prize was a Pokémon Day Box. However, what I actually received was a single Pokémon card worth roughly $5.
I have photos showing exactly what arrived, and it's obvious from the packaging itself that a Pokémon Day Box could never have fit inside the envelope that was shipped. The package was only large enough to hold a single card.
Normally I would have reached out privately and left it at that, but my family and I have spent over $600 supporting this stream, and this experience was extremely disappointing. If there was a mistake, I would have appreciated communication or an attempt to make it right. Instead, I received something completely different from what was advertised.
I understand giveaways are free, which is the only reason I'm not rating lower Packs and Single were in great condition, order arrived quickly.
