Products are damaged, they use bribery to get you to buy and don’t hold up to their word. I’m not sure what you are referring to, but if you would have messaged me first I would have been happy to replace or fix the situation. As I recall I was doing everything I could to get this order canceled but whatnot would not due to the order being processed already. This package was shipped from Ky to Canada and when it left it was not damaged at all. It is very unfortunate that you felt you needed to leave a bad review because you overpaid in shipping for products that were just $1 and didn’t know how whatnot worked.
