The packaging was wholly inadequate, leading to seven slabs receiving cracks, chips, and/or other damage. Upon opening the undamaged USPS box, I found the slabs strewn about between USPS bubble wrap mailers. At one point, they were probably nicely stacked, but the rigors of shipping changed that, and one should expect nothing less when preparing a package. With zero protection between the plastic slabs, damage was inevitable. Whatnot provided a partial refund for the damaged products. Still, it was legwork I shouldn’t have to do.
I do like the seller but hope the packaging process changes for a better customer experience.
