Vintage cameo brooch with a mother of pearl cameo set in sterling silver. Oval shape with ornate metalwork around the border. Pin back closure on the reverse. Some patina on the silver setting from age, no chips or cracks to the cameo. Gently used with minor wear consistent with its age.
