This is the Xatu card from the Neo Discovery set (card #12/75), a Stage 1 Psychic-type Pokémon with 70 HP that evolves from Natu. It has two attacks: Energy Cycle (one Psychic energy), which on a coin flip lets you move an Energy card from the Defending Pokémon to one of the opponent’s Benched Pokémon, and Super Psy (two Psychic energy plus one Colorless), which deals 50 damage. The card lists a weakness to Psychic, a Fighting resistance of -30, and a retreat cost of one energy, with artwork by Kunihiko Takei.
