This is a vintage edition of "Science Stories, Book Three" from the Curriculum Foundation Series, published by Scott, Foresman and Company in 1936. The book features a vibrant red hardcover with blue illustrations on the front, depicting various animals and nature scenes. Authored by Wilbur L. Beauchamp, Harriet M. Fogg, Gertrude Crampton, and William S. Gray, this volume covers a range of scientific topics for young readers, including living things, animal protection, and the natural world. The interior includes both black and white illustrations, some with red accents, and decorative red endpapers. Despite its age, the binding remains intact, showing typical wear consistent with a collectible educational book of its era, including some rubbing to the edges and spine, and age-toning to the pages.
