The seller inaccurately describes the products that she sells to make a sale and then tells the customer you should pay attention to the product I’m showing. I saw her do this for my purchases and then even later when I tried to give her another chance, I saw it being repeated. Also, she states that she has a Hair license which may be true and credits her getting all her products direct because of that, but I saw her on a Whatnot show buying hair products from the bulk sellers, which is fine if she hadn’t made that statement. I don’t like dishonesty and usually I give it benefit of the doubt, but when I see it repeated that is no longer deserved. I bought quite a few items from her initially and did not have a pleasant experience, it resulted in a headache, having to figure out how to get two of the products that were described in accurately refunded eventually. I will not be buying from her again. Shipping and packaging were okay but those are the bare minimum for this business.Sorry you had a bad experience. I tried to remedy & you still weren’t satisfied. You even complained about the Buyer’s gift you won. You were refunded for the items that were described correctly but weren’t happy when you received them. I have NEVER told anyone they should pay attention! Even after a bad experience you still came into several of my shows & received Givy’s & a raid Givy! You have since been blocked & I assume the reason for the bad review. Fast shipping and great giveaways! Amy always has the best giveaways. Perfect as always.
