She goes above and beyond to find items people ask for. You won’t find another seller that is willing to take the time that she does. I am very disappointed to see this review, as several statements made are simply not accurate. Every Rae Dunn item in this order was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed inside poly mailers, and carefully packed into the shipping box. I take great care when packaging fragile items and would never intentionally send items without proper protection.
Regarding the conversation about shipping, the comment about “taking food out of my child’s mouth” was made in response to being asked to refund with the shipping cost not in response to her receiving broken items. I understand that I received multiple items broken. When i reached out to the seller she told me i was taking food out of her kids mouth and it wasn’t her fault things had broke (when honestly, it was!!) she had a total of three bubble mailers as padding in the box.
