If the packs was opened it would have been on the live stream you was watching? If they got physically damaged it would have been in the post.

Much appreciated! bubble mailer and bubble wrap for unprotected cards not put in box and protected guess what happened to the cards in the post yes you are right they got damaged.Bubble wrap for un-protected cards makes 0 sense. I do apologise your order got damaged in post.
