Yes, we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, which we responded to right away. And had a label you can use to send wrongly sent club back to us. As mentioned, once we receive the item back that you mistakenly received, we will then ship the correct club. That is standard practice when a wrong item is sent. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was told two volvik balls but that you would and add a 3rd ball. I only recieved the two . Please dont say you will add another and then dont send . Bought a mallet putter cover and was sent a driver head cover I messaged him and sent a picture of the cover I received he said he would send a return label and refund me then he asked if I would just keep the one he sent and that it was more expensive I said no I needed a putter cover and now he will not respond to any of my messages and still no refund or return label We try to answer as soon as we can and make things right. We appreciate your patience. After I won 3 items, I got banned from this buyer. It appears for no reason. Whatnot has been notified and is tracking their profile.
Everything I got is excellent, just poor customer service from this Seller. Could have been an accident but most likely it was not knowing that you knowingly have to physically select and ban people.
And they banned me before anything was shipped, which almost rose a red flag until I got a shipping notification, but would have no way of contacting them if there was an issue.
