The outside of the package seemed fine, so not sure if it was from shipping company or not. One of the stuffed animals had a stain, so I used stain remover and washed it and its ok now. The description did not say that it was stained, only that it was used. I did message the seller but got no response, so that is why I am explaining here. Amazing plush! Thank you!! The seller was nice, accommodating to my request to sell this plush I really wanted. It arrived in good packaging. Though there were stains on it that were not called out before purchase. I have since washed it, and the stains washed out. Since it’s a build a bear, I easily got it restuffed at a local store as well. It’s in great shape now, but I want to communicate my experience.
