You have to understand the amount of bots that come into free pack shows. We had maybe 1 or 2 people not respond. We also say in our channel to reach out if you have a problem before leaving a bad review and we will fix any issues. The seller vapes directly over the live Pokémon inventory during breaks on their 6/19 show (documented at 1:12:55 and 1:23:03 into the stream), which poses a huge risk to the condition and quality of the cards. If you care about the care and integrity of the items you are buying, I would look elsewhere. I know it’s a free card but one basic non holo that isn’t even in a top loader is embarrassing on your part end man.I’m sorry you feel that way. We are a small family run stream, if you received a non holo “bulk” card then you unfortunately did not give us a number when we requested it. Our givvy stack giveaway that runs all stream non stop is full of exs, promos, a full art chase card and a free pack card. You pick a number and we cycle through till we get to your choice on stream. Some days we do not add the full art and we just have the free pack card. If you do not give us a number then we can not cycle through the stack. Awesome vibes on stream.
