After I contacted the seller, they acknowledged that the wrong giveaway had been sent and stated it was a staff mistake. They then requested my address and told me they would send the correct giveaway. After waiting 10 days with no tracking information, shipment, or follow-up communication, I reached out again for an update. The seller responded, but instead of providing a resolution, I was ultimately blocked from the channel. I have screenshots of the giveaway win, the items received, the seller acknowledging the mistake, and the conversation regarding the promised replacement. I gave the seller an opportunity to correct the issue before leaving this review, but unfortunately the matter remains unresolved. Giveaways are an important part of the platform and should be handled fairly and accurately. Because this issue remains unresolved, I have provided all of my documentation to Whatnot.
