Reviews (71)Unfortunately, I don’t like to do this because I don’t leave bad reviews. However, I was very upset because I was excited about this package. They were gifts for my nieces. This might have happened in transit because of the USPS company. Box arrived completely damaged and crushed. Two of the items were missing out of three bears that I purchased, which is the main reason for the order. The bear that did arrive came apart, which was very sad for me. Otherwise everything else was fine because I saw the conditions during the auction. I would love to shop with you guys again and maybe I won’t do so big of an order because of this. I’m honestly sad because again, I’ve never left a bad review anywhere so this experience has been quite disappointing. And again like I said it might not have been your fault however I couldn’t not say anything. I believe the items were stolen in transit, which actually sickens me. I also believe that a smaller box could’ve been used to ship the items. Horrific!!!!! Did not even receive the correct items and all came damaged!!! Utterly disgraceful how they send packages. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR WITH THIS SELLER AGAIN!!! Love everything I received! Slow shipping, but not due to sellers error. Some of the packaging was rough however all products were good. Great items! Fast shipping. Amazing Purchase. I’m excited about them!! I am so happy with almost all of the items on purchased! Unfortunately there was a couple items that leaked in transit (my prequel x2) and the tigi had leaked or was used prior. However this was their first show and there are issues that may arise with any seller. I was immediately refunded for these items and I appreciate the great customer service.
