This is the second order that was totally incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen but being treated as if I was the problem is rude. She asked me to send the incorrect items back which I have no problem with but refused to send me a label until I “guarantee,” that I would send them. How much more of a guarantee can I give you by confirming that I didn't have a problem sending them back? I followed up with her two weeks later asking about the label and was snapped on. So let me get this straight. You made the mistake, I am telling you that I don't have a problem with sending the wrong products back. I don't get a label to send them back, I follow-up with you and I am treated like a criminal? How does that make sense? I absolutely don't leave bad reviews unless it is agregous and what I experienced was extremely disrespectful. WN refunded me already but FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, SEND ME THE LABEL!!! How's that for a person u treated like a criminal?She stole my merchandise! So be on the watch for her she's a little desperate for $10 Love these Laura Mercier caviar eyeshadow sticks and Wander pallet; all are so pretty! After I reached out to the seller, Karen, after one of the eyeshadow stick was broken in transit and I reached out to her, she was quick to respond with positive solutions. I would definitely buy from this seller again, primarily for her quick & positive resolution to my dilemma! I would be extremely cautious purchasing from boobeauty. prior to purchasing two items, i asked if she bulk ships, she said yes, and she shipped one of the items. When I messaged her about it she said she'd send the second item the following day. I thanked her and asked for the tracking number. I reached out multiple times after that and kept getting ignored. She would share live streams with me though. When I finally made a complaint thru whatnot she got snarky and refunded the second item. I had issues with my first order from the beginning. She said she accidentally mixed up the boxes and forgot to send my order. When she finally “shipped” it, it got sent back because she left her own shipping label on the box. About 9 days later, I placed a second order. That one was also delayed, and she ended up combining both orders into one package. My first order took over a month to arrive. She said she combined them to save on postage, but I had already paid shipping on both orders, so I don’t understand that explanation. With all the delays and mistakes on her end, I honestly feel like I should have received some type of compensation. She has great items at great prices, but she definitely needs to work on her shipping. Also, some photos and listings can be deceiving. The listing specifically said 3.3 oz Jimmy Choo Fever, but I received a 1.3 oz bottle instead. Buyers should pay close attention before purchasing. Everything was fine except I was missing 1 item from the package . Seller said she was confident she sent it and I’m 1 hundred percent it wasn’t in the bag and no way did it fall out. So I guess I’m out of money. I received this product the other day, it came quickly. I have used it the past two days and absolutely love it! Finally something that doesn't leave the white film. Can yall give her some grace as she’s still a very new seller .. anyways love shopping with you! There’s always a great selection of items at great prices ! Packages were handled carefully, & shipping was super quick! You have to go thru whatnot, they do make things right. This is my 3rd messed up order. The 1st one I just let it go, 2nd one was expensive and she was no help. This is the third time and I give up. There are so many small sellers who take the time to correctly pack the right items and make them secure. Neither order ever showed up. After a month what not refunded me. Thank you so much!! You can send it back and I will refund your money. I bought that last August before I started selling from someone on Whatnot. I am so sorry. You can request a refund and I will approve it.
