You sent us a photo and requested we source a bag for you. We did as you requested. We approved the bag and we brought it in for you. You purchased it and knew that we couldn’t return it, and therefore, you couldn’t return it. We offered that you could use our photos to sell it, and once you did, we would help you locate a larger bag. This bag was your selection and choice from the start. We only used our sources to buy it for you at an affordable price. Your review is a bit of a shock and lacks any appreciation. I messaged seller to see if I could give her an offer for a listing,.. she got on a live for me so I definitely felt pressured to give her the initial amount she was asking. I do like the dress but wasn’t comfortable spending that much. You wanted to see the dress in person as you didn’t know how it would look in person-versus a photo. We told you we could turn the camera on so you could see the fabric and dress itself and assuage your reservations. You said you appreciated us for that. The listing stated the price was firm. Perhaps you weren’t aware it was a brand new item purchased from an upscale boutique. You saw the dress, and we let you to decide whether you wanted it.
