The large fits perfectly 👌 Item was stated being “unknown down fill”. Reached out to seller when I received poly fill. She stated they sell three types of down because quince calls it “down alternative” on their website. It was never stated it could be alternative just called it down. Offered no resolution so I am having to go through whatnot. Received Cal-king sheets instead of king in another order placed before I received the first. What not immediately offered 25% refund on a $70 item I can’t use. I will escalate it further. Seller needs to slow down and accurately describe what she is selling and offer resolutions instead of making you deal with whatnot. Everyone makes mistakes but you should make it right. I won’t be buying again from this seller again. Hey! In the stream we had stated that it could be any of the 3 potential down fills that quince offers and that we weren’t sure which one it was as the tag was cut. We messaged offering help to remedy the situation and unfortunately, yes, everything has to go through whatnot for approval. Everything was accurately described as it was stated that it could be any of the 3 down fills offered by quince therefore it is an unknown down fill.
