I am autistic and a chronic and acute trauma survivor. And I am a shut-in due to cPTSD from the last acute trauma that occurred over three years ago. Even so, I am aliving loudly and spreading the true reality that it is ok to not be ok, aliving loudly in the hope others don’t unalive quietly. I am open and share my past in an effort to increase USA awareness of mental health issues and the need for better education and understanding. Crafting is a part of my mental health journey and I make cards, polymer clay figures and jewelry, and beading.I also have a channel, page, and group along with Whatnot. Same name. Same PFP.
