Shipping took awhile but apparently they had sickness which was understandable. However, I was not pleased in the slightest with the packaging. It was in a massive box that was ripped almost in half and everything was pretty much literally threw into the one big box. Rattling & bouncing around everywhere which resulted in the most beautiful bowl being damaged. I honestly don’t know how everything wasn’t shattered. It was very carelessly done. I absolutely loved all my finds from her & she was very sweet so I am very upset but just don’t know if I can trust ordering again 😭Im sorry to hear youbwere unsatisfied. You box was large with VERY large and heavy items. Your box weight was almost 25lbs. Everything was wrapped well and I am so sorry if a bowl was broke. Im happy to do what I can to make buyers happy but you didn't even give me the option or message me prior to leaving this review. Also, the comment "apparently" sick was very rude. I kept in contact with ypu, letti.g you know we were all very sick and still recovering. Have a great day! Arrived safely. Packed very well. The Fenton piece is stunning especially in sunlight!
