Tracking shows it was delivered, you can find the tracking # under activity and selecting your order. As the seller, I have no control over how Canada Post delivers the package. Sadly the 4 packs (3-Prismatic, 1-Masquerade) I bought showed up damaged on the left edge of every card in all four packs. Packs were bubble wrapped, so the damage would've occured before shipping. Will give the seller the benefit of the doubt and assume they were unaware of the damage before shipping.Sorry to hear you received damaged product. I personally packed all the shipments and know the sealed packs were in perfect condition.
