Box was much smaller than I expected and the gold was rubbed off in a lot of areas along the edges. The image on the box is not painted on; it is a glued on piece of cardstock. That makes a big difference. I’m not certain what the residue was caked up on the frame of the black jasperwear but it took me a while of tedious cleaning between the fragile parts to get all of that out where the design of the frame could actually be seen. And you could tell it had been attempted to be fixed with hot glue. There were pieces all in my box with glue in them. It was not noted or called out by the seller or in the description that it had been damaged when selling. Disappointed. I would not have purchased if I knew it was broken. 😞 My item is beautiful however it was not noted in the description that it was cracked in the frame. You could tell where someone has attempted to possibly glue it and failed. Because of that, I cannot give this a five star rating. It’s disappointing when you order something not knowing that it is damaged until you get it. Thank you! 😊 I love everything!!! Everything is so perfect! As usual!
