Pen did not arrive in good shape as soon as I took it out of packing it was evident the toki was not attached to pen all I got was beads, spacers, a bow, a pen that no care had been taken to securing the Toki on at all. Completely disassembled. However, at least I got a beautiful Toki out of this purchase. Will now need to send Toki to one of three pen creators I trust and pay for a build. This one can’t be blamed on USPS as package arrived in great condition. Builder just did not take care in securing Toki on pen. Very disappointing to say the least. I just saw your review and I’m so sorry your toki came disassembled. I made sure to package very carefully I wish you would have reached out to me before giving me such a bad rating. I take pride in my pens and make sure they are sturdy and glued down. It was wrapped in bubble wrap a few times and packed carefully in a box. I’m not sure why or how it would have come apart. This bag is absolutely adorable.🥰 thank you! The bag is beautiful.
