To be honest very disappointed with my Louis Vuitton Boulogne , I know the bags are preloved but she never mentioned that the straps are so dry and such visible cracking. I bought a lot of bags in “very good” condition but they really were good . She never described the call outs for the bags I bought , and the way they show the bag in the live is way to far to see the imperfections. Thanks for Starbucks gift card. You guys are amazing. Decent shipping, item mostly as expected. My only issue is that they did not clean this bag well. They could have vacuumed the bag and used leather conditioner. Also a dust bag would have been nice. In general 'very good' has resulted in great purchases for me. Not here. My first bag went back, and these two are not good either. I'm so disappointed.
