I know cuttings can suffer in shipping, but the initial packaging wasn't sufficient. Hello, sorry you were disappointed I did go back and check your order and noticed you didn’t purchase an ice pack as strongly suggested in the show as well as in the show notes. Sorry they didn’t make it in the heat, please be sure to read all show notes.
Have a great day! Beautiful plants that arrived quickly. Thank you! Plants arrived dried out and some were dead.. The photos you sent were of green healthy plants with a couple browning spots. As directed if you trim the browning roots, and give them some light, water and time to rest they would perk right up. I also noticed you did not purchase an ice pack like stated in the show notes. Fraud stay away. She sends damaged plants not like pictured and nice note for missing plants. She promises refunds but then turns off messages. It wasn't mentioned in the live that one of the plants was a cutting and had no roots. Packaing was okay but the seller really suggests the ice packs - so I bought one and it wasn't even in the box with my plants. Kinda dissapointing.When the begonia pink spots were brought up I explained they were cutting and that anywhere it touched soil it would sprout roots. I’m sorry the ice pack didn’t make in to the box that would have been a mix up on our part I did go back and they were on different tickets. Plants arrived in very bad shape after spending a full week with USPS. 1 plant has zero sign of life and another is very brown and unlikely to be saved. Asked for recommendation to save plants and 3 did show improvement. Definitely need to improve shipping protection.I’m sorry the one didn’t make it, there is plenty of protection in place to keep them safe. I also went back and saw you didn’t purchase an ice pack for your box either which it is stated in the show notes to buy if it will be over 75. Very cute! I will definitely be returning for more purchases 😁😁 Did not recieve items Not sure why you didn’t receive your order, on my end it states it was delivered at 9:18pm on July 5th. If you did not receive your package you’ll need to contact USPS about a lost package. I will send you the screenshot confirming delivery. Again we can NOT control USPS. plant came in half dead and developed root rot so fast within a night it was failing. shipping was horrible and soil had gone everywhere and outside the package. wont buy again.Your order was made June 4th shipped and delivered by June 14th and shipped ground, you also never reached out to fix the shipping to get priority which ships 1-3 days like the show notes state to do. You also never reached out when they arrived either. We can’t control how they arrive if they ship ground. Please make sure you are ready the show notes on live auctions. Thank you. I received only 1 out of 2 plants that I purchased. Reached out to the seller letting her know that one of the 2 items was missing and we agreed to a refund. I didn't receive it, followed up and she said she'd check on it. So ultimately several weeks later, I still have no refund and had to request it directly through WhatsApp. I was really hoping this would turn out OK in the end so I wouldn't have to leave a review like this. Would not recommend buying from.this seller.I placed the request and then replaced it once you reached out again, when I hadn’t heard back I assumed the request had gone through and the issue was fixed. I was not notified of the issue not being fixed. Thank you! Shipping was much better Plants arrived dead and were packaged horribly. One plant was missing. I sent pictures right away. I’m still waiting for replacements which she said she sent. One was half dead and she told me to pinch off the dead and it would be fine ( it’s not). I should’ve just asked for my money back ☹️I sent out your plant that was missed, also the caladium your ordered goes in to shock easily especially with excessive heat in a box with no water. they may appear dead but if you cut the leaves and treat them as a corm they will sprout.
