The order of 2 random bulk rare or mythic cards seems random because it’s just that. 2 random cards, rare or mythic, per purchase, packed into a plastic bag sized for playing cards and put into a bubble mailer for safety and shipped. Extra cards were added to the order for your first purchase. The Roku you purchased was pack fresh and sleeved in a top loader and shipped in a bubble mailer so I’m unsure how there would be a defect in the card.
