I received my supposedly brand new hammer drill in a clear plastic bag. No original sealed factory box. No manual. No paperwork. For all I know, this could be slightly used or possibly refurbished. The seller was very rude about it too, and very unprofessional. I have bought many items on WhatNot advertised as brand new, and received them in a brand new factory sealed box. Not this seller. He sends it to you in a clear plastic bag. The seller’s advertising is a lie, and he should be stating before they sell it that there is no box, no manual, and no other paperwork. Buying new items shipped in a plastic bag doesn’t mean it is brand new, I don’t care what the seller tries to tell you. The actual history and condition is a big question mark.
