I purchased a rare music box during a live show after confirming it was still available. The item had originally been run and did not sell, then was rerun for sale, and I purchased it at that time. My order was later canceled and I was told the item was broken, when I asked for a photo none was provided. Shortly afterward, I found what appeared to be the same rare music box listed on another site for a much higher price. When the situation was brought up during a later live show, comments were made about me, and I was blocked along with another viewer. I have screenshots and recordings of the transaction and livestream discussion. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with how the transaction and communication were handled.
