I won a giveaway from their own show, and it was never shipped. Instead of making it right, they insisted it was “delivered” and blamed me for their mistake. I reached out multiple times respectfully and even offered to work out a solution, but all I got was attitude, excuses, and zero accountability. To top it off, after I tried resolving the issue, they blocked me from their store instead of helping. Shipping is slow, and when I did receive an order, it wasn’t even the correct card I purchased. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t trust them with my money.
