I know things happen but it had been almost a month and my order still had not been sent out. I was so devastated. As I ordered one for a gift. I still haven’t received and ended up getting a refund through whatnot. Hello. Like I said before when I messaged you privately. I started a new job and then ended up in the hospital. I was off of whatnot for multiple weeks. I'm assuming old oil that was in the lamp. other than that it was packaged well. Hello! I apologize for the inconvenience you have stated. Unfortunately with it being an oil lamp that you purchased that was used prior, there is no way to guarantee that all the oil is out before I sent it.
