Froze them immediately upon arrival. Hoping to eat at least one tomorrow. Wow the pretzels was wonderful I tried to buy some more it say not shippable to me Thank you so much. We are now shipping via UPS on whatnot. If you are outside of the continental US or shipping to a PO Box, it will not let you order. One bag arrived with several moldy nugs while the other 2 looked alright. I received them on July 6th and the bag read that they should be frozen by 7/3 so I was hesitant to keep the 2 bags that looked alright. Before I even had a chance to reach out to the seller, I noticed I had tracking info from him. I didn't remember purchasing any more pretzels but then I remembered him saying that they will replace pretzels delayed in shipping. He sent the pretzels without me even reaching out to him!!! That's unheard of!! Oh, and my fresh delivery of pretzels are delicious! Excellent customer service and an outstanding pretzel. So happy I jumped into one of his live streams. Will never buy pretzels anywhere else. Eric is the pretzel king. Dude knows how to make a bomb pretzel! I wasn’t expecting what I got since it was a give away. We tried one of each of them already... Then, I proceeded to promptly hide the rest in my freezer in hopes that my husband and kids won't find them 🤞 ha! They are delicious. Thanks!
