Unacceptable. It was a vintage SnapBack flattened. Do better. Hats should always be sent in a box. Really sorry to hear the hat arrived damaged we never want a customer to have that experience. We always ship hats carefully, and this was our first issue like this. If the package didn’t hold up during transit, we would’ve gladly made it right with either a refund or replacement.
