Had an issue with tarnishing and was told by customer service to bring to a local jeweler. I just started purchasing in May 14th, have spent over $1000 and thought the Freida brand was supposed to be nice quality. Very disappointed and sad because the designs are beautiful but the quality is a thumbs down! So unfortunate! Gave these as graduation gifts and getting calls of tarnishing after a couple weeks is embarrassing! Items are tarnishing after a couple of weeks and customer service told me to bring to a local jeweler to have it fixed. Very disappointed.
