Vinyl in inner sleeves and outside the outer jacket, packed in record mailers and mailers shipped in an outer box. On top of that, unbeknownst to me there was a surprise in the box. After reviewing the condition of one of my records, she decided its condition was not up to snuff so she refunded me the purchase price of that record! On top of that she sent me a free record, and a good one too. Marci, you are the best vinyl seller on Whatnot hands down.
