Oh and the brand new part was probably my fault as I had the volume turned down because my kid was sleeping. Like I said still super happy and excited to try itty !!! horrible.. its not where near what I ordered... how do you get refurbished balls and not even close to being 9s not to mention 10s cmon ... it they are 4 or 5 say that. some people dont mind .
